Rooms at JS Tower Serviced Apartment range from studios and apartments to a two-bedroom suite for up to five guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the choice includes double and twin rooms alongside the apartments.

The two-bedroom suite measures 60 m² and sleeps up to five guests, and the deluxe double or twin room measures 30 m² and sleeps up to four. Studios and apartments sleep up to three guests, and the studio measures 26 m².

Neighbourhood markets, shops and small eateries serve everyday needs here, and the streets feel quieter than the central tourist strips further along Sukhumvit Road. Rail links are close by, so the rest of the city is easy to reach. For trips into the centre, the BTS is usually the simpler choice than a taxi.

On Nut BTS station, 800 m away, runs on the Sukhumvit line into central Bangkok, and the On Nut Fresh Market and nearby Tesco Lotus stores cover everyday shopping. For a cultural outing, Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai teak houses, is 9.1 km away. The Grand Palace is 12.6 km away, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 16.7 km away, so the airport is a longer ride than the BTS.

A full day can combine the Grand Palace with Wat Arun, which stands on the opposite bank of the Chao Phraya river, and a ride on the river itself. Back in On Nut, the BTS makes it simple to return to the hotel after a day out, and the quieter streets are a pleasant contrast to the busier parts of the city.
