The whole property is let as a single apartment, and its one bedroom measures 20 m² and sleeps up to two guests. The bedroom has a single bed and a futon, and the private bathroom comes with a shower, toiletries and towels.

The apartment also has an electric kettle, a fan, cleaning products and a socket next to the bed. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Free parking is available on site. The facilities also include a washer, an iron, a closet, a hair dryer, linens, towels and toiletries, and English and Thai are spoken at the property.

Guests can use the luggage storage and the laundry and dry-cleaning service, and daily housekeeping is provided. An on-site convenience store is also part of the property.

Jplace 101 is on Ngamwongwan Road in Chatuchak, a residential district in north Bangkok, away from the central areas along the river. The Kasetsart University campus is nearby, and the streets around the apartment have temples, small markets and a few museums within walking distance. In the evenings the area is quiet compared with the tourist districts of the centre.

The Sena Nikhom BTS station, 700 m away, links the area with the Skytrain network. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, 5.1 km away, is one of Bangkok's best-known markets, with thousands of stalls that open mainly at the weekend. Jim Thompson House, a traditional Thai house filled with art and antiques, lies farther into the centre, and Khao San Road, 12 km away, is the backpacker street of the old city. Don Mueang International Airport, 8.9 km away, serves domestic and low-cost flights, while Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok's main international airport, is much farther away.

A weekend could start at the Chatuchak market in the morning. The Grand Palace, 13.1 km from the apartment, and Wat Arun stand on opposite banks of the Chao Phraya, and Wat Pho is close to the Grand Palace, so the three sights are close to one another and can be combined in one day.
