Sor Ngam beach, with its viewpoint, is the closest beach, 650 m from the property, and Haad Klong Jaak village is 350 m away. Tha Khao Pier, the nearest ferry pier at 3.2 km, is the way on and off the island by sea. Hong Island, a limestone island with an enclosed lagoon, lies 6.9 km away, and James Bond Island, a limestone outcrop in Phang Nga Bay that appeared in a Bond film, is 23 km away, so it means a longer boat trip rather than a short walk.

A day can start at Sor Ngam beach and continue by boat to Hong Island and the limestone islands of the bay, with snorkelling, canoeing and fishing available along the coast. The boat trips are the main way to see the islands, and the bay is best explored with a full day set aside for it. Back at the property, the garden and the spa offer a slower afternoon.
