The rooms at Jitra Resort include double and twin rooms, a triple room and family rooms, with either a city view or a nature view depending on the room. Sukhothai Airport is 24.9 km out, and the hotel has an airport transfer. Sukhothai Historical Park is 12.1 km away, a drive rather than a walk, and the hotel has a taxi service.

A day could start at Sukhothai Historical Park, where the ruins of the old capital's temples spread across a large site, then return to the town for the Sangkhalok Museum, which displays Sangkhalok ceramics. Inside the park, Wat Mahathat is one of the best-known ruins of the old capital. Sukhothai Historical Park is the main sight of the area, and the Sangkhalok Museum adds a look at the local ceramic tradition. In the evening, the night market is close enough for a stroll back to the hotel.
