Jaya Hostel and Guesthouse

Jaya Hostel and Guesthouse offers private rooms, with either a double bed or a single and a double bed, alongside dormitory rooms with bunk beds. The arrangement works for solo travellers, couples and small groups, and each room sleeps a set number of guests. The dormitory rooms are for one guest each, so solo travellers can book a single bed in a shared room.

Several rooms have air conditioning and a street view, and one 16 m² room has a lagoon view. The 12 m² room has a private bathroom and a street view. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the larger dormitories use a shared bathroom.

Haad Rin is a busy beach village on Ko Pha-ngan, best known for the full moon parties that draw crowds to its beaches and bars. Jaya Hostel and Guesthouse sits within the village, with Haad Rin Nai beach 350 m away, so the sand is a short walk from the rooms. The village is lively after dark, and its streets and beaches are where the island's nightlife gathers.

Beyond the beach, the Haad Rin Queen ferry terminal is a short walk from the hostel, and the Luang Pu Thuat Shrine and the Full Moon Party area are both close by. Haad Rin Nok, the second beach of the village, is also a short walk away. For a change of scene, Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach is 9.8 km away and is reached by road. Samui Airport (USM), 14.6 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, is the nearest airport, and the crossing to Ko Pha-ngan is made by boat.

A good day could start with a swim at Haad Rin Nai, then a trip by road to Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach for a different stretch of coast. Back in the village, the evening is spent around the bars and the beach, and the hostel's sauna and massage offer a quieter end to the day.
