Jasmine Village

Garden views come with many of the rooms and villas at Jasmine Village. The spa-bath rooms add a whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in shower and bathrobes, and each has a king or a queen bed. The two-bedroom villa has two bathrooms and sleeps up to five guests.

The 1-Bedroom Premium Villa has kitchenware, a microwave, a refrigerator and individual air conditioning. The Classic Villa has a balcony or terrace, a refrigerator and a coffee and tea maker, and sleeps up to two guests. The Superior Villa sleeps up to three guests. The Double Room with Garden View and the One Bedroom Villa sleep up to two.

Jasmine Village sits in Rawai, at the southern end of Phuket island, and the area has a more local feel than the resort strips further north. Fishing boats, small beaches and the Rawai fish market give the neighbourhood its character, and street-food stalls and small shops are part of daily life along the main road. The property is a short walk from the beach, and the calmer setting contrasts with the busy nightlife of Patong.

Rawai Beach is 1.1 km away and Nai Harn Beach is 1.6 km, while the Big Buddha and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) sit 5.5 km and 7.8 km off. The Big Buddha stands on a hill above the island and gives wide views across the coast. Phuket is linked to the mainland by road, and a car or taxi is the easiest way to see the wider island. The property offers an airport transfer, and Phuket International Airport is 37 km away.

A good day could start at the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, continue to Nai Harn Beach for a swim, and end at the Rawai fish market. Promthep Cape can also be visited for a late-afternoon outing, and the coast around Rawai has small beaches to explore on foot when the sun is low.
