Every room has air conditioning, which keeps the rooms cool through the tropical heat, and the accommodation offers a 32 m² apartment with its own private entrance alongside rooms with a mountain view. The mountain-view rooms have a private bathroom with a roll-in shower, a hair dryer and toiletries, and an electric kettle is provided in them as well.

Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, and the apartment comes with a TV, a desk, and a coffee and tea maker along with complimentary tea and instant coffee. Its private entrance gives guests a separate way in. Check-in at the property runs until 23:00.

The Sukhothai Historical Park is 600 m from the property, and Wat Sa Si, one of the best-known ruined temples, is 950 m away. Wat Maha That, the central temple of the old city, is also nearby, and Wat Sri Chum, a little further out, has a huge seated Buddha image within its walls. The Ramkhamhaeng National Museum, close by, displays art and objects from the kingdom's era, and Muang Kao Market, a local market close to the property, is also a short stroll away. The nearest airport is Sukhothai Airport (THS), 26.8 km away.

A good day here begins at the Sukhothai Historical Park, where you can explore the ruins on foot or by bicycle, with bicycles available at the property. Then head to the Ramkhamhaeng National Museum for background on the kingdom, and finish back at the property, where the hot tub makes a quiet end to the day.
