IR-ON Hotel

IR-ON Hotel has rooms from standard doubles and a twin room to executive rooms and suites, measuring between 20 and 70 m². Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Several rooms have a city view, and the Executive Suite and the Junior Suite both offer a King bed for up to two guests.

A King bed is the bed in the double rooms and the suites, and the Standard Twin Room has two single beds. Bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub or a separate shower/bathtub, depending on the room, and some rooms include a TV or a refrigerator. Several rooms also have satellite or cable channels, a telephone and toiletries.

IR-ON Hotel has a 24-hour front desk, a garden, a terrace and an elevator, plus a library, a shared lounge with a TV area, luggage storage and safety deposit boxes. IR-ON Hotel is on Soi Sukhumvit 36, a side street off Sukhumvit Road in central Bangkok, a busy corridor for shopping and nightlife after dark. Small galleries and museums are close by, including Art Gallery 36 and the Museum of Thai Pharmacy, and the Soi 38 night market runs a few hundred metres away.

Thong Lo BTS Station is 300 m from the hotel, giving a skytrain link along Sukhumvit to Siam and the rest of the city, and a taxi service is offered at the hotel. Siam Paragon, one of Bangkok's large shopping centres, is 5.3 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a museum devoted to Thai silk and art, is 6 km away. The Grand Palace is 9.7 km away, and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, sits on the Chao Phraya river, while Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is 19.1 km away.

A day out can start with the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, and in the evening the Soi 38 night market is on the next soi. For shopping, the BTS runs to Siam, where Siam Paragon is one of the city's biggest malls. Chatuchak Weekend Market is further north and is best visited as a separate outing.
