Ioon Resort

Ioon Resort offers villas, suites, studios, double rooms and family rooms. The Villa with Private Pool measures 50 m², has a pool view and sleeps up to four guests, and the Studio with Spa Bath measures 42 m² and includes a whirlpool bathtub and a garden view. Both have a private bathroom.

Several rooms have a balcony or a garden view, and the Family Room sleeps up to five guests. The bathrooms have toiletries, towels and a hair dryer, and several rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV or an electric kettle, along with satellite and cable channels. Guests can choose among several room sizes, from 20 m² rooms to a 50 m² villa.

Ioon Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a karaoke room, a shared lounge and TV area, a garden and a terrace. Restaurants, a coffee shop and room service are available, and food delivery is offered as well. Breakfast can be served in the room, and an alternative meal arrangement is offered for guests.

For everyday needs there are laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services, and daily housekeeping. A business centre offers xerox and fax, meeting and banquet facilities are available, and kids meals are offered. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and the public areas have WiFi too. The fitness center and the outdoor pool are also part of the resort's facilities.

Ioon Resort is in Takood, in the Saraburi area of central Thailand. Saraburi is a provincial town that feels quieter than Bangkok, with temples, parks and a night market within a few kilometres of the resort. The town has its own railway junction and bus station, so it is easy to reach for travellers passing through central Thailand.

The Nong Bua Junction train station is 2 km away, and PTT Park and PTT Garden are a little further, both green spaces in town. The Saraburi Bus Terminal is 4.2 km from the resort, so travellers can also reach the area by coach. Free parking is available on site for guests who come by car.

A good day could start with a walk through PTT Park and PTT Garden, then a visit to Wat Thong Phum Puang, a temple with a pagoda 4.3 km away, followed by an evening at the night market. Back at the resort, the garden, the terrace and the outdoor pool make a quieter afternoon, and the fitness center is there for a workout.
