The villas here include two-bedroom villas of 260 m², a deluxe villa of 188 m² with a private pool on the mountainside, and larger homes with three or four bedrooms. Some villas have a pool view and others a mountain view, and the four-bedroom villa sleeps up to ten guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the villas can have a full kitchen, a balcony or terrace, bathrobes and a hair dryer, depending on the villa. Several villas offer a choice of bed set-ups, so the beds can be arranged in more than one way to suit the number of guests.

Kata Beach is a lively bay with beach bars, 2.8 km from the villas, while Nai Harn Beach is a quieter bay. Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hill, is 3 km away, and Wat Chalong, one of the island's most important temples, is 5.3 km away. Patong Beach, the busiest beach area on the island, is 9.9 km away. Getting around is simpler with your own transport or a taxi, since the sights are spread over several kilometres, and Phuket International Airport is 34.4 km away.

A full day could start at Nai Harn Beach in the morning, continue to Big Buddha Phuket and Wat Chalong in the afternoon, and end with time at Kata Beach later in the day. Phuket FantaSea, a large entertainment complex with evening shows, is further away for an evening out.
