INN Room offers double rooms in two sizes: a 12 m² Budget Double Room with a queen bed, and a 23 m² Double Room with Private Bathroom that also has a queen bed. Both sleep two guests, and both have a private bathroom with shower, toiletries and towels, and air conditioning.

A further double room with its own private bathroom sleeps up to three guests, and a room assigned on arrival is also offered for up to three guests.

The property has a salon, a snack bar and a convenience store on site, and it is smoke-free, with non-smoking rooms available. Daily housekeeping and laundry service are offered, private check-in and check-out are possible, and 24-hour security is in place.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and the public areas are air-conditioned. Some rooms are soundproofed, staff speak English and Thai, and a family room is available. Parking nearby is available for guests who drive, and the salon and snack bar are both on site.

Pracha Songkhro Road runs through Din Daeng, a mixed district of residential blocks, local markets and sports grounds on the northern side of central Bangkok. It is a quieter setting than the riverside tourist core, and it has a local feel with straightforward metro access. Side streets off the main road hold noodle shops, small shophouses and apartment buildings, and the Ratchada area around the property has its own night markets and stadiums.

The Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station is 1.4 km away on the Blue Line, and Huai Khwang station is nearby on the same line. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the best-known markets in Bangkok, is 3.1 km away, and the Huay Kwang Night Bazaar is close by. The Grand Palace and the old city temples are 7.9 km away, so they are better planned as a separate day out.

A day could begin at Chatuchak Weekend Market, continue to Jim Thompson House, and end at the Huay Kwang Night Bazaar in the evening. Don Mueang International Airport is 16.2 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 22.5 km away, so both airports are reached by road from here, with taxis and metro links making the trip from the city straightforward.
