The apartment has a superior room of 23 m² with a queen bed for up to two guests. The room has air conditioning and a balcony or terrace, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The whole property is let as one apartment, and its only bed is a queen bed. Guests also have access to the coffee shop, restaurants, laundry service and 24-hour security. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

The metro connects the district with the rest of the city's network. A hospital, 22 Medicare, is also nearby, and a 7 Eleven convenience store is close by, so basic supplies are easy to find. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 4.3 km away, and Jim Thompson House, the teakwood home-museum of the Thai silk pioneer, is 5.1 km away.

A full day can be spent in the old city, where the Grand Palace and Wat Pho stand close together. Wat Arun, the temple on the Chao Phraya river, is across the water from them. Chatuchak Weekend Market, open on Saturdays and Sundays, makes a different kind of day out, with thousands of stalls.
