Rooms at I-House by Jenny measure 28 m² and sleep up to three guests. Every room has air conditioning, a private entrance and kitchenware, and each one looks out either over the garden or over the city.

The Phetchaburi MRT station is 1.6 km away, on the metro line that crosses central Bangkok and links with the BTS skytrain at several stations. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre in the Siam district, is 4.7 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a museum in a traditional teak house with Thai silk and art, is also nearby. For the older parts of the city, the Grand Palace, the royal complex that houses the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is 9.3 km away.

A full day could start at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, then move on to the Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is best visited on a weekend, when the market is open. For another evening, Asiatique The Riverfront, on the Chao Phraya river, is a shopping and dining complex, and RCA is the nearest choice for a night out after the sights.
