The village lanes around Haad Tha Kao are a quiet place to walk between the beaches and the piers.

A good day here starts with a walk along the village shore and a visit to Coconut Local Farm, followed by a boat trip from the pier towards Hong Island, 8.5 km away, which is a popular stop for boat trips in the bay. Back at the house, the garden and the balcony or terrace are a pleasant place to end the day with the sea in view.
