Air conditioning is in every room. Both room types measure 300 m² and sleep up to eight guests in one room and up to ten in the other. Beds can be set up in a choice of ways, so each booking can be arranged around the group.

Rooms can have toiletries, linens, a hair dryer and an ironing facility, along with a closet, a desk and a clothes dryer. Depending on the room, there is a full kitchen, a private entrance or a private pool, or a pool view and a private bathroom.

Songthaews, taxis and motorbikes are the usual way to cover longer distances around the island, while the streets close to the beach are best explored on foot.

The villa is in the Patong area, where shops and night markets are close by. Patong Beach is 650 m away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall, is 850 m. Bangla Road, the street of bars and nightclubs, is 950 m. Phuket International Airport is 25.2 km away, and Wat Chalong, one of the island's best-known temples, is 6.1 km away.

A good day could mix the beach at Patong with a visit to the Big Buddha, a hilltop statue, and an evening at the night market nearby, where food stalls and shops line the lanes. Reaching the villa from the airport takes a taxi or car, as Phuket is joined to the mainland by bridge. Phuket Town, the island's capital, lies a drive away and offers a more local side of the island, with its old Sino-Portuguese streets.
