House by the Stream

At House by the Stream, the one-bedroom house measures 50 m² and has a double bed for up to two guests. Mountain views and air conditioning are part of the house, which is set in the garden.

The bathroom has a shower, toiletries and towels, and the house has a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. An electric kettle, a hair dryer, an adapter and cleaning products are also provided for guests.

Baan Klong Khong is a village on Koh Lanta, the long island off the coast of Krabi province in the Andaman Sea. The house sits in the village area, with the sea and a few small beaches within a short distance, and the island's roads link the beaches, villages and national park. Koh Lanta is reached by ferry from the mainland.

Khlong Khong Beach, 750 m away, is the nearest beach, and Khlong Top Yai Beach is a little further. Viewpoint Hill, 2.8 km away, is a hilltop viewpoint, and Butterfly Farm is a garden with a butterfly farm. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 12.4 km away, covers the islands and waters around the island. Long Beach, one of the island's best-known stretches of sand, lies further along the coast. Krabi International Airport is 59.4 km away on the mainland.

A day could start with a swim at Khlong Khong Beach, continue to Khlong Chak Waterfall or the national park, and end back at the garden. Lanta Old Town, the island's old town, is 7 km away, and Khao Mai Kaew Cave is a cave to explore on a day out. In the rainy months the sea can be rough and ferry crossings may be disrupted.
