The apartment has one- and two-bedroom units, from the one-bedroom junior suite of 55 m² to the two-bedroom deluxe suite of 65 m², and all of them have a bathroom.

Two of the units sleep up to four guests, and the two-bedroom apartment offers a choice of bed set-ups. The one-bedroom units sleep up to two guests.

Front-desk services at the apartment include express check-in and check-out, luggage storage and safety deposit boxes. Daily housekeeping is provided, and there is a laundromat, a laundry service and an ironing service for clothing.

Wat Chalong, the Chaithararam Temple, is 2.4 km away and is one of the island's most important Buddhist sites, while Big Buddha, a large white marble statue on Nakkerd Hills, is 3.4 km away. The Ao Chalong pier is 600 m from the apartment, and many boat trips to nearby islands leave from there. Kata and Karon beaches are about 5 km away, reached by road.

A good day here can start at Wat Chalong, continue to Big Buddha and end at the Night Market, 1.2 km away. Tours can be arranged for longer trips, and the pier is the starting point for the island boat trips. Phuket's other beaches, such as Nai Harn, can be reached from Chalong by road, so a day at the sea can be combined with a visit to the temples in the same trip.
