Homey Place is in the Chaeng Wattana area on the northern side of Bangkok, in an alley off Chaeng Wattana-Parkkred. The district mixes wide roads and office buildings with quieter residential streets, and the apartment is on one of those streets. It is a residential and business area rather than the old city, so the sights of central Bangkok are a trip away by train or taxi.

Muang Thong Thani MRT station, 450 m away, is the nearest rail stop in the area and gives a rail link to the rest of the city. Talat Mueang Thong 1, a local market, is 1.3 km away, for everyday shopping. For the bigger sights, Chatuchak Weekend Market is 11.2 km away and the Grand Palace is 17.9 km away, while Wat Arun, on the Chao Phraya riverbank, is 18.7 km away.

Chatuchak Weekend Market is open at weekends, and it can be followed by the temples of the old city. The Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stand together in the old city, and Wat Arun is across the Chao Phraya, reached by ferry from the Grand Palace side. Back in Chaeng Wattana, the streets nearby have small shops and food stalls for the evening.
