Every apartment at home22 Private Residence measures 60 m² and has air conditioning and a private entrance, plus a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer. Cleaning products, slippers, a fan and a dining table are also part of the in-room equipment.

Yaowarat Road, the main street of China Town, is 150 m from the building, and Wat Traimit Witthayaram Worawihan, the temple that houses the Golden Buddha, is 200 m away. Hua Lamphong Railway Station is 400 m away and is the main station for long-distance trains to the rest of Thailand. Don Mueang (DMK) is 21.7 km away and Suvarnabhumi (BKK) 26.2 km, so the airports are a longer trip by road. The Yaowarat Chinatown Heritage Center, which covers the history of the district, is also close by.

A good first day starts at the Golden Buddha and continues on foot along Yaowarat Road, past the shrines, temples and street stalls. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are the big sights of the old city and the river, while the Chatuchak Weekend Market, a separate trip across the city, is best planned for a weekend.
