Highin Holiday Home and Villas offers 60 m² bungalows and a one-bedroom house, each sleeping up to two guests on a king bed. Every space has its own bathroom, and air conditioning is in all of them.

Two of the rooms have garden views: the Bungalow 1 Double Bed and the Bungalow 1 Large Double Bed. The One-Bedroom House has one bedroom, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, and the Bungalow 1 Double Bed also has a full kitchen.

The grounds include a garden and a terrace, and guests can use a shuttle service, car hire, a taxi service and bicycle rental. Food delivery is available too, and video streaming services and complimentary movies are also offered.

The town mixes village life with everyday services such as shops and clinics, and its pace is calmer than the beach areas that draw the island's late-night crowds. The town is a quieter place to stay than the beach areas.

Wat Pra Yai, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is 950 m away, and the Phangan Elephant Sanctuary is 1.9 km from the property. The Phaeng Noi waterfall is a natural waterfall on the island, and Haad Baan Tai beach is 2.3 km away, and the Bangkok Hospital Samui Clinic - Koh Phangan Branch is 1.4 km away. Ko Pha-ngan has no airport. The nearest is Samui Airport (USM), 19.5 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, so arrivals continue by ferry or speedboat from there.

A good day could start at Wat Pra Yai, continue to the Phaeng Noi waterfall and end at the Night Market. Guests who prefer not to drive can use the property's taxi service, and in the rainy months the sea can be rougher, so the crossing from Ko Samui can be less predictable.
