Guests have the whole house, which covers 120 m² and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with room for up to twelve guests. The house is air conditioned and has a TV, a desk, a closet, linens, toiletries and a hair dryer, and tea and instant coffee are complimentary. It has its own private entrance.

Free Wi-Fi and a wired internet connection are both included, and the desk gives you somewhere to work inside the house. Parking is free at the property, and the rooms are arranged as one home with a choice of bed set-ups for the group.

The house is in the Lak Si area of Bangkok, a mostly residential neighbourhood where the streets have local shops, food stalls and small markets. Don Mueang International Airport, the older of Bangkok's two main airports, is 3.8 km away. Everyday services such as a hospital, cash machines and a post office are close by.

The Lak Si MRT station is 400 m away and the Lak Si SRT station is also close, so the rail stations are a useful option for getting around without a car. Laksi Temple, a pagoda-style temple, is 600 m away, and Anniversary Park at PNRU offers green space close to the house.

For a day out, Chatuchak Weekend Market is 10.2 km away and is one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets, while The Grand Palace in the old city is 18 km away. Chatuchak is best planned for a weekend visit, when the whole market is open. The old city is a long way from the house, so plan the route in advance and allow a full day for the trip. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun sit close together on the river side of the old city, so one trip can cover both.
