The villa offers 160 m² across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a private pool, a kitchen and cable TV channels.

The villa sleeps up to ten guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. Toiletries, a hair dryer, towels and an electric kettle are provided, and satellite and cable channels are available.

The villa is fitted with air conditioning and a fan, and its kitchen has a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator, with dishes and dining utensils. Kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments are provided for cooking, along with coffee or tea, and there is a washer for laundry.

Other facilities include a private entrance, linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer, as well as cable channels and a TV. Internet access is available, and a 24-hour security service is in place.

Parking is free, and pets are allowed at the villa. Children are welcome, and children and infants up to seven stay free when they use the existing bedding.

Patong is the best-known beach district on Phuket, built around a long bay with a busy strip of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa lies in this lively part of the island, where massage shops and street-food stalls sit alongside guesthouses and hotels, and where the evenings are busy.

Patong Beach is 650 m from the villa, and Bangla Road, the district's nightlife street, is 950 m away. The Thai dragon night market is close by, and OTOP Market Patong, 300 m away, sells local products. Big Buddha Phuket, a large seated Buddha statue on a hill, is 6.6 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 25.2 km from the villa. The airport is the main link for arrivals, and free parking is available for guests who drive.

A day could start with a swim in the villa's private pool, followed by a walk along the beach and lunch in the district, where the choice runs from street-food stalls to restaurants. In the afternoon, Big Buddha Phuket and the Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) make a full trip, and in the evening Bangla Road and the night market are close by for dinner, with bars and clubs lining the street after dark.
