Khlong Khong Beach is 200 m from the guesthouse, and the sea is the main attraction of the area for travellers who want their days to centre on the water and a slower pace.

Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a limestone cave on the island, is 6.8 km away, and Klong Dao Beach is 4.8 km away. Kantiang Bay is also a short drive away, and Lanta Old Town, a historic settlement, is 8.8 km away. Krabi International Airport is 57.7 km away on the mainland, and reaching the island usually involves a ferry from there.

A day that works well from the guesthouse starts on Khlong Khong Beach, then heads to the Khao Mai Kaew Cave and on to the Lanta Old Town. Mu Ko Lanta National Park is a larger outing, covering forest and coastline across the island. Car hire and bicycle rental are offered at the property for getting around the island, and the ferry pier is the way off the island towards the mainland and Krabi Town, where the airport is.
