Greenpoint Residence has rooms with king beds, double beds and two single beds, and several have city views. Depending on the room, you can find air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a mini bar and a refrigerator, as well as a hair dryer and an electric kettle.

Rooms sleep between two and five guests, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Some rooms can take an extra bed for an additional charge.

Residential streets surround the hotel, and the main roads nearby are lined with small shops and food stalls. The area is a mix of residential streets, shopping centres and parks, with the main tourist sights in central Bangkok a longer ride away.

Central Festival EastVille is 500 m away, with shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Wat Bueng Thong Lang, a pagoda 1.6 km from the hotel, and the Bluegold Mini Zoo, with animals to visit, are both nearby, and Wang Thong 2 Park offers a green space for walks. The Lat Phrao 71 MRT station is 2.4 km away for trips across the city, and another MRT station, Lat Phrao 83, is nearby as well. Chatuchak Weekend Market is 7.3 km away.

For a full day out, start at Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's best-known markets, and finish in the Siam area at Siam Paragon, a shopping mall. Both are a longer journey from Greenpoint Residence, so plan the route in advance. Don Mueang International Airport is the closer of the two Bangkok airports to the hotel, so the drive from there is the shorter one.
