The rooms at Greenhouse measure between 25 and 28 m², and rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, a sofa, a refrigerator, a shower and a balcony or terrace. Rooms can also have free bottled water.

One room with a double bed and a city view sleeps up to two guests in 28 m², with air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. A 27 m² room sleeps up to three guests, and the 25 m² Standard Apartment has a double bed and air conditioning.

The Yellow Line station Lad Prao 101 is 700 m away. Nawaminphirom Park, 1.8 km away, offers green space for a walk, and Bangkapi Market, 2.3 km away, is a local market for everyday shopping. Wat Chanthawongsaram, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is nearby, and Ladprao Hospital is also close by. Don Mueang International Airport is 14.6 km away, the nearer of the two airports to the property.

A good day out combines a morning at Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets and 9.5 km away, with an afternoon in the old city, where the Grand Palace and Wat Arun are among the best-known sights. Chatuchak is a weekend market, so plan that visit for a Saturday or Sunday.
