The whole property is one apartment of 31 m², with a double bed and room for up to two guests. Its equipment includes a private entrance, a full kitchen, air conditioning, a desk, toiletries, a hair dryer and linen.

Satellite and cable channels are available on the TV. Children aged 2 to 12 can stay free of charge using the existing bedding, and extra beds may be requested directly from the property, with additional charges that may apply.

Everyday needs are close at hand, with a convenience store, an ATM and the Saeng Chan Fresh Market all within a few hundred metres of the property.

Surasak BTS station is 900 m away and Saphan Taksin BTS station is 1.1 km, so the skytrain takes you towards Silom and the riverside. Asiatique The Riverfront, a riverside complex of shops and restaurants, is 2 km away. The Grand Palace is 5.3 km away in the old city, and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, lies on the opposite bank of the river, so a visit to the old city can combine several of the best-known temples in one afternoon.

A day could start with the Vishnu Temple and the Tio Chew Chinese Cemetery nearby, then take the skytrain and a boat ride along the river to Asiatique in the evening. Wat Witsanu Hindu Temple and the Jawa Mosque are also close by, so the neighbourhood has several places of worship side by side.
