The rooms at Grandview Condominia run from a Standard Double Room of 20 m² for two guests to Family Suites of 39 and 40 m², which sleep up to five and four guests. The Deluxe Triple Rooms of 30 m² sleep three, with one double bed and one single bed, and the rooms with a city view are air-conditioned.

The rooms with a city view also have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, and several of them have a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. Children aged 2 to 5 can stay free when they use the existing bedding, infants up to one year old can stay free on the same terms, and a baby cot can be requested from the property, subject to availability.

The property has an elevator, luggage storage, business facilities and room service, and English and Thai are spoken. Free parking is available on site, and free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, with Wi-Fi also available in the public areas.

It is a residential neighbourhood with shops and malls along the main roads, and it is quieter than the central districts near the river. The surrounding roads are lined with local shops and small eateries, and the Lat Phrao area is well served by public transport.

The Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS station is 500 m away, and the Phahon Yothin MRT station is also close, so trains reach the centre of the city without a taxi. Central Plaza Ladprao is a large shopping centre nearby, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 2.6 km away, is one of the largest weekend markets in Bangkok. For everyday shopping, Union Mall and Tesco Lotus Ladprao-Phahonyothin are also close by. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun, the temple on the Chao Phraya river, are a longer trip south.

A good day could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is busiest at weekends with food stalls, clothing and crafts, and then continue by BTS or MRT to central Bangkok for the temples and Jim Thompson House. Evenings can be spent at the Liabduan Danneramit Night Market, a local market with street food, before returning to the property.
