Grand Mansion offers rooms of several sizes, including a 20 m² room that sleeps up to five guests and a 35 m² room with one single bed and one queen bed. Some rooms have a river view, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Krabi Town works as a base for exploring the wider province, and the Maharaj Market and the Krabi Tourist Association are also nearby.

Krabi International Airport is 7.8 km away by road. The Krabi Weekend Night Market, a lively evening market, is 800 m from the property, and the Krabi Walking Street is also close by. Chaofa Pier, a ferry terminal in Krabi Town, is close by for boat trips, and the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) is 5.9 km away, a hilltop temple with a cave shrine.

A day out could begin at the Tiger Cave Temple and continue with a visit to the Andaman Museum, which is 300 m from the property. Ao Nang Beach is 11 km away, and Railay Beach can be reached by longtail boat from there. Boat trips to the islands and to Railay can be disrupted by rough seas in the rainy season. The Andaman Museum and the Krabi Weekend Night Market are both a short walk from the property, so an evening in town needs no transport, and the night market is busiest at the weekend.
