Grand Family Villa

The whole house is let as one private villa, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its accommodation sleeps up to seven guests and offers a choice of bed set-ups, and the house has air conditioning.

Inside, the villa has a whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, and a TV with video streaming services is available. The house also has a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a stove, dishes and dining utensils, kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, and coffee or tea. A washer and an iron are also available.

Outdoors, guests can use the hot tub, a BBQ grill, a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard, which together make up the villa's outdoor space. Free parking is available on the property, and internet access is available as well.

Inside, the house has air conditioning, a heater, ceiling or portable fans and a TV with video streaming services, and the kitchen appliances are all in the same house.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern end of Phuket, with a slower pace than the beach resorts around Patong. Grand Family Villa is on Soi Salika in Tambon Rawai, where the sea, the fishing boats and the local fish market shape daily life. The village has a more local feel than the nightlife of Patong.

Laem Ka Beach is the closest beach, about 850 m from the villa, and Rawai Beach is also nearby. Rawai Pier, the ferry terminal, is 1.5 km from the villa and is the departure point for boat trips to the nearby islands. Big Buddha, a large statue on a hill, is 5.2 km away, and Wat Chalong, also known as Chaithararam Temple, is 6.9 km away. A car or scooter is the easiest way to reach the temples, and Phuket International Airport is 36.4 km from the villa, with the bridge linking the island to the mainland making the road journey straightforward.

A good day out combines the two temples with the seafront: Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the morning, then back to Rawai for the Sea Gypsies Fish Market and a walk along the beach in the afternoon. Boat trips from Rawai Pier are an option for a day on the water.
