Wang Lang Pier has river ferries that cross to the Rattanakosin side, where the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew are 950 m from the property. On the Thonburi bank, Wat Arun is 1.4 km away, and Wat Rakhang Kositaram, a riverside temple with its own pier, is a short walk from the hotel.

A day could start at the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, then move to Wat Pho and Khaosan Road, which lie a little further on the old city side. Back on the Thonburi bank, Wat Arun is a stop to make on the way back, and Thonburi Station, 850 m away, is the closest railway station to the property.
