The hotel offers a 36 m² Premier Room King with a city view, a 65 m² suite with a kitchenette, a 63 m² Suite that looks onto the outdoor area and a 185 m² Family Suite. The rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi is available in all of them.

Rooms sleep between three and six guests. Several rooms have city, street or outdoor views, and several also come with bathrobes, a hair dryer and a coffee and tea maker. The 2 Bedroom Suite, the 3 Bedroom Suite and the Family Suite offer a choice of bed set-ups, so groups can arrange their sleeping space.

GM Complex is on Sukhumvit 3 in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok, a busy district of hotels, shops and restaurants along the main road. It is a neighbourhood of business buildings and shopping centres rather than temples, and it suits visitors who plan to get around the city by BTS Skytrain.

The Phloen Chit and Nana BTS stations are both within 700 m, so the Skytrain is the simplest link to the wider city. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 2 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional teak houses, is 2.8 km away. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are in old Bangkok, with Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverbank, and both are a taxi ride away. Those two sights make a full morning together, and the river setting of Wat Arun gives the visit its character.

A full day can start at the Grand Palace and move on to Wat Arun, then return to Sukhumvit for an evening at Siam Paragon. Chatuchak Weekend Market is a bigger trip across town, but its many stalls make it a rewarding morning visit. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 22.1 km away, so leave time for the journey when you depart.
