Glory shining

Glory shining offers a bungalow for up to two guests, with a private bathroom, a TV and linens. It is a simple base for a quiet stay on Ko Lipe, a small island in the Andaman Sea reached by boat.

Glory shining sits in the Sunrise Beach area, a stretch of shoreline with clear water, and a quiet base with the sea close at hand. The island is compact and its beaches, village and pier sit close to one another, so the bungalow keeps the water within easy daily reach without a long journey each time you go out.

The ferry terminal is 600 m away, and the village of Ban Ko Li Pe lies about 800 m off, so the everyday essentials are close by. Viewpoints and beaches are spread across the island: North point beach has a viewpoint 1.4 km away, and Ao Khra and Sanom Beach lie within 1.6 km. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island, is 6.5 km away.

Diving and snorkelling are the main reasons to visit, and Adang Sea Divers is close by, a convenient start for trips to the reefs. Trang Airport on the mainland is the nearest airport, and the island itself is reached by boat. A day can combine a snorkelling trip with an unhurried walk along the beach road and an evening in the village, which keeps everything close to the bungalow.
