Gift house

Every room at Gift house has a garden view and air conditioning. Rooms include a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to four guests, economy and classic quadruple rooms with a double bed and a futon, a standard triple room with a single bed and a queen bed, and a comfort triple room with a single bed and a double bed.

The rooms measure 20 to 25 m² and each has a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and an electric kettle, with towels and toiletries provided. Each room also has a telephone and a TV. The rooms are in a private apartment building.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and it also reaches the public areas. Free parking is available for guests who drive, and air conditioning is installed in the public areas as well as the rooms.

A bar is on the premises, and the grounds include a garden. The property is smoke-free and has non-smoking rooms, and each room has a telephone and a TV.

The property has a washing machine, ironing facilities and clothes racks, and rooms can have a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle and a balcony or terrace. The rooms also have linens, toiletries, a hair dryer and an additional toilet, and each one has a private bathroom.

Gift house is in the Prince of Songkla University area of Hat Yai, the largest city in Songkhla province in southern Thailand. The city is close to the Malaysian border. The neighbourhood mixes university streets with local markets, food stalls and shopping malls, so everyday life in the city is close at hand.

Central Festival Hatyai shopping mall is a short walk from the property. Hat Yai Municipal Park (850 m) is a public park in the city, and the Magic Eye 3D Museum (1.3 km) is an art museum built around optical illusions to photograph. The Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai (1.6 km) is an evening market with street food and stalls, and the Phra Maha Chedi Tripob Trimongkol (2.1 km) is a large chedi in the city.

The nearest airport is Hat Yai International Airport (13.5 km). Hat Yai Railway Station and Hat Yai Bus Station are also in the city. A good day could begin at Hat Yai Municipal Park, continue at the Magic Eye 3D Museum and end at the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai for dinner. For a longer trip, the Namtok Ton Nga Chang waterfall lies in the forest well outside the city, a day trip from Hat Yai.
