Genesis Villas

Genesis Villas has villas and townhouses. Three villas measure 170 m² and have a mountain view and a whirlpool bathtub, each sleeping up to six guests. The Superior Villa, the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Deluxe Villa are offered with a choice of bed set-ups, including king and queen beds.

The townhouses sleep up to seven guests, and several include a kitchenette. Air conditioning is fitted in some of them, and the Classic Three Bedrooms Townhouse has a private bathroom with a kitchenette and kitchenware. Bed arrangements in the townhouses are a choice of set-ups, so the sleeping space can be matched to the group.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, and English and Russian are spoken at the property. Free parking is available, and free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, with Wi-Fi also in the public areas.

Air conditioning is provided in the public areas, and safety deposit boxes are available for guests. Guests can use the outdoor pool and the terrace, which are open alongside the free Wi-Fi that covers all rooms, and parking is free for guests who arrive by car.

Genesis Villas is in Rawai, a village on Phuket island with a long-established fishing harbour and a relaxed beach area. The villas and townhouses are a short walk from Ra Wai Beach, which is 200 m away. Most places nearby can be reached within a short drive or walk of the villas, with the beach and the pier close by, and the village is quiet compared with the busier resort areas of the island.

Nai Harn Beach, 1.5 km away, is a bay with a freshwater lake behind the sand. Big Buddha Phuket, the large seated Buddha figure on the Nakkerd Hills, is 6.1 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's most important temples, is 8.3 km away. Wat Sawang Arom is a temple in the neighbourhood, and the Rawai waterfront is a pleasant place to walk in the late afternoon.

Phuket International Airport is 37.6 km away, and once on the island a car or motorbike is the handiest way to explore the wider coast. Kata Beach, a popular stretch of sand, can be combined with a visit to the temples in the same day. Rawai Pier is a short walk from the villas, and boats leave from there for the islands nearby.
