The whole property is let as one apartment of 37 m², sleeping up to two guests. Its sleeping area has a choice of bed set-ups, and the apartment has air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen.

Guests also have the building's elevator, gym and 24-hour security at their disposal, and the apartment has one bathroom. Children aged 2 to 7 can stay free using the existing bedding, and an extra bed can be requested from the property, though additional charges may apply.

Phra Ram 9 MRT station is 350 m away on the Blue Line, and The Shoppes Grand Rama 9 is a short walk from the property. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest weekend markets in Bangkok, is 5.2 km away and sells clothes, plants and street food. Siam Paragon and the Jim Thompson House, a teak-house museum of Thai silk and art, are in the Siam area, a short ride away.

Bangkok's old city is further away: The Grand Palace is 8.3 km from the property, and Wat Arun stands across the Chao Phraya from it. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are close to each other, so they can be seen in one visit, and a full day can end with an evening at Asiatique, the riverfront shopping and dining complex.
