The whole property is one apartment, so a stay here is a stay in the apartment itself. It measures 45 m² and includes a full kitchen, a coffee or tea maker, a fireplace, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, along with a TV, air conditioning, a closet, a hair dryer and toiletries. The bathroom is private.

The apartment sleeps up to four guests. Extra beds and baby cots can be requested directly from the property, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

The property has a gym and an elevator, and it offers a balcony or terrace. Free parking is available, and the kitchen is equipped with dishes and dining utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator and a stove, plus coffee or tea and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments.

Guests also have an indoor fireplace, a washer, an iron and a TV, and internet access is available. Air conditioning, a hair dryer and toiletries complete the everyday equipment of the apartment.

Khlong Tan Nuea is a residential pocket of Sukhumvit, where side streets of shophouses, condominiums and small eateries sit between the main road and the Skytrain line. The apartment is on Soi Phirom in that part of the district, so the streets around it are quieter than the main shopping streets nearby. Shophouses and small eateries line many of the side streets, which keeps the daily life of the area close at hand.

Phrom Phong BTS station is 250 m away, and the Skytrain runs from there to the big shopping centres of the Siam area. Siam Paragon, with an aquarium and cinemas, is 4.4 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a complex of traditional Thai teak houses that shows Thai silk and art, is 5.2 km away.

A day could begin at the Grand Palace, 9 km away, with the Temple of the Emerald Buddha inside its walls, and continue to Wat Arun on the far bank of the Chao Phraya river. Chatuchak Weekend Market, open at weekends, is a longer trip across the city and is worth the journey for a market day. Its stalls cover clothing, food and crafts, so a visit can easily fill a whole afternoon.
