The property is a three-bedroom villa of 275 m² with a mountain view, sleeping up to six guests. Its beds offer a choice of bed set-ups, and the villa has three bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer.

The villa also has a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a streaming service such as Netflix, an electric kettle, and towels and toiletries, with cleaning products provided.

The village has everyday shops close to the villa, and other beaches on the island, such as Karon Beach and Kata Beach, are also reached by road. Patong Beach, with the nightlife of Bangla Road, is 5 km away.

A day could start on the sand at Kamala, continue to the Big Buddha, a white statue on a hilltop 14 km away, and visit Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), the most important Buddhist temple on the island, before an evening at the Kamala Night Market.
