The rooms at Erawan Hotel range from 32 m² to 104 m² and include junior suites, grand deluxe rooms, a superior double room and the Erawan Suite B. Several rooms have a pool view, others have a mountain view, and the superior double room has a city view. Some rooms have a balcony and others a bathtub.

Natai Beach is the nearest beach, 2.8 km away, and the Night Food Market is 100 m from the hotel, a night market with food stalls. Further along the coast, Khao Pilai Beach and Bang Kwan Beach are a short drive off. The hotel's own garden and sauna give guests a place to spend time without leaving the grounds.

Phuket International Airport is 18.2 km away, and the hotel is reached by road from there. Free parking on site is available for guests who drive. A day out could start with a swim in the indoor pool and a walk to the night market, then continue to Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's best-known temples, for a longer day out. Patong is the island's best-known beach town, a longer drive than the coast nearby.
