The whole property is one self-contained apartment, with its own private entrance and a full kitchen. It has a desk, a coffee and tea maker, linens, a hair dryer, air conditioning and one bathroom, and free instant coffee and complimentary tea are provided.

The apartment measures 64 m² and sleeps up to two guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. It also has a private pool of its own, and the property has an outdoor swimming pool in addition.

The sand runs alongside Sirinat National Park, a stretch of protected coast and forest that keeps the shoreline open. The area is calmer than the busier resort strips of the island, and it is a quiet place to spend several days.

Phuket International Airport is 2.8 km away. The Sunset viewpoint and the Ni Yang Night Market are also nearby, and an ATM can be found close by. Patong Beach, the island's liveliest resort, is 19.8 km away, and Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most revered temples, is 26.8 km away. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 28.7 km from the property, and car hire and a taxi service are offered for these longer trips. Thalang Hospital is also in the wider area of the island.

A simple day can start on Nai Yang Beach, end at the Sunset viewpoint and finish at the Ni Yang Night Market. For a bigger outing, Patong has the island's nightlife, and the Big Buddha offers views from its hilltop; both are reached by road from Naiyang. Between these trips, the beach stays the simplest place to rest, with the apartment's own pool close at hand.
