Ease Me Residence offers duplex rooms and suites from 25 m² to 49 m². The duplex rooms are arranged over two levels and sleep up to four guests. The Studio Double and the Deluxe King Room sleep two. Beds are king beds, one or two per room, and some rooms have a city view.

Several rooms include a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a hair dryer, and rooms with a private bathroom also have a shower and toiletries.

Ease Me Residence offers daily housekeeping, safety deposit boxes and 24-hour security. Air conditioning is in the public areas, and the property is smoke-free. Wi-Fi is also available in the public areas, and rooms can have an in-room safe box.

Hat Yai Railway Station is 400 m away, and the Kim Yong and Santisuk markets are a short walk from the guesthouse. The Guanyin temple, a pagoda, is close by, and food hawkers are nearby too. The Asean Night Bazaar lies 1.8 km away, a night market for an evening stroll, and the Magic Eye 3D Museum is 1.9 km away, a gallery of illusion-based 3D art. Hat Yai International Airport is 11.4 km away.

A day in the area could start with a walk around Hat Yai Municipal Park, a green public park in the city. The Magic Eye 3D Museum makes a good afternoon stop, and the evening can end with a stroll through the Asean Night Bazaar. The Guanyin temple and Our Lady of Lourdes Church are both close by, so a short walk can take in both.
