Air conditioning is in every room, and each room has a private bathroom. The rooms measure 19 to 38 m². The 19 and 20 m² rooms have two single beds or a king bed, and the 38 m² Family Suite with Balcony has a king bed and a sofa bed for up to three guests.

Depending on the room, you will find a balcony, a desk, a seating area, an in-room safe, a hair dryer and a refrigerator. Three rooms have a balcony, and the King Room with Balcony has a garden view.

Dusita Residence is on Pracha Rat Sai 2 Road in the Chatuchak area of Bangkok, a district of residential streets, local shops and markets. The Chao Phraya river is nearby, with ferry piers at Bang Po and Wat Soi Thong, and the hotel is a short distance from the riverside neighbourhoods.

Bang Pho MRT station is 450 m from the hotel, and Tao Poon MRT station is a little further along the same line. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is 2.7 km away and draws crowds at weekends for its clothing, food and plants. The Grand Palace is 7.3 km away, and Wat Arun is 8.1 km away, on the other side of the river from the Grand Palace.

A good day could begin at the Chatuchak Weekend Market in the morning, then head to the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, which sit on opposite sides of the Chao Phraya and make a full day of temples. Jim Thompson House, a teak house museum with Thai art and silk, is a good stop in between, and it is 6.4 km from the hotel. For an evening out, Khaosan Road is a lively street with guesthouses, street food and bars, and it is a fairly long ride from the hotel, so plan the trip in advance.
