Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat, known as Wat Yai, is 550 m from the hotel and is one of the city's most important temples. The Chan Royal Palace Historical Centre and the Somdej Phra Naresuan Maharat Shrine, which honours King Naresuan the Great, are both a short walk away. Phitsanulok Railway Station is 1.5 km away and the Night Bazaar 1.6 km, while Phitsanulok Airport is 6.6 km from the hotel, and there is an airport transfer service for guests arriving by air.

A good first day is the temples around Wat Yai, followed by the night market beside the railway station, which opens in the evening. The ruins of Sukhothai, the former capital of the Sukhothai kingdom, make a good day trip from Phitsanulok, and Chom Nan Park, close to the river, is an open green space for a walk in the late afternoon.
