DoublePool Villas

All the rooms at DoublePool Villas have a lagoon view. They come as a Pool Villa and as a 2 Bedroom Pool Villa, both pool villas set within the resort.

The Pool Villa sleeps up to three guests, and the 2 Bedroom Pool Villa sleeps up to five, so a larger group can stay together in one villa. Both have the lagoon view as their outlook, and the hotel's pools, spa and restaurants are a short stroll away.

The property's facilities centre on the outdoor swimming pool, with a spa offering massage, sauna and steamroom, plus a hot tub, a fitness centre, a yoga room and a tennis court. A garden and a library are on site, and golf is well covered, with a golf course within 3 km and another within 3 km.

Dining covers restaurants, a bar, a poolside bar and 24-hour room service, with Asian, buffet and continental breakfast. Guests can also arrange tours, car hire and a shuttle service, and luggage storage is available.

DoublePool Villas stands in Bang Thao, a stretch of the Cherngtalay area on Phuket where a long beach runs past resort villas and golf courses. Bang Tao Beach is 400 m away, and Layan Beach and Trisara Beach lie a few kilometres further along the same coast. The Laguna Phuket Golf Club is close by, and the wider Laguna area is known for its golf and a quieter pace than Patong's nightlife.

Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 11.1 km away, and Patong Beach, with its shops and nightlife, is 11.7 km away. Bangla Road, the lively nightlife strip of Patong, is further down the same road, and Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with a large evening show, is 6.2 km away. Wat Chalong, the island's most revered temple, is further away still, and it makes a good morning visit for those who want a quieter side of the island.

A day out can combine the beach with the Big Buddha, a hilltop landmark 20.6 km away, and with the temples of the island. Car hire and tours can be arranged at the hotel, there is an airport transfer, and a night market is nearby for dinner. Between beach days and sightseeing, the resort's own pool, spa and gardens give you a quiet place to return to.
