The rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a coffee or tea maker and a balcony or terrace.

Capacity goes up to four guests: the 32 m² room with a king bed sleeps two, and singles, twins and double rooms take up to three.

Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, and there is free parking on site, with valet parking also offered. Guests can also use internet access by LAN cable or wirelessly, and satellite or cable channels and a telephone are available.

For day-to-day needs, the property has daily housekeeping, luggage storage and a laundromat on site, along with express check-in and check-out. Xerox and fax services are available in the business centre, and staff speak English and Thai.

Dos's House is in Maikhao, in Thalang district, on the airport side of Phuket's coast, next to Phuket International Airport. The beaches here are long stretches of open sand, and Patong, the island's best-known nightlife area, is 22.4 km away. Villages such as Ban Yid and Ban Suanma Prao make up much of the surroundings.

Mai Khao Beach is 900 m away, a long beach on the coast where the Mai Khao Marine Turtle Foundation works to protect the turtles that nest on the sand. Sirinat National Park, a protected stretch of coast that covers the beaches of Nai Yang, is 1.2 km from the property. Ni Yang Night Market, 1.7 km away, is a useful place to eat in the evening, and Big Buddha, 31.3 km away, is one of the island's best-known sights.

A full day can start on the sand at Mai Khao, continue with a visit to the turtle foundation and end at the night market in the evening. For a longer outing, Wat Chalong, one of the island's most important Buddhist temples, is also worth a visit. From May to October the sea on this coast can be rough, so beach days depend on the weather.
