Destiny Home Stay

Every room at Destiny Home Stay has air conditioning, a garden view and a balcony or terrace, along with a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Towels, linens and free bottled water are provided, and a wake-up service is available.

Both rooms sleep up to two guests and measure between 26 and 28 m². One has a queen bed and the other a double bed, and each has a socket near the bed.

The main shared spaces are the garden, the lounge with a TV area and the salon, where massage and beauty treatments are offered. Fishing is available on the property, and the garden and terrace are open to guests. The shared lounge is where guests can watch television or meet other guests.

Destiny Home Stay is in the Si Samrong area of Sukhothai, a provincial town whose ancient kingdom left some of the most important ruins in Thailand. The area around the hotel is mostly villages and temples, with a slower pace than in the big cities. Sukhothai's regional airport is only 5.1 km from the property, and the Sawankhalok train station is 14.3 km away.

The main sight nearby is Sukhothai Historical Park, 22.3 km away, a UNESCO World Heritage site of temple ruins from the old Sukhothai kingdom. Wat Maha That is one of the best-known temples in the park. Si Satchanalai Historical Park, 26.9 km away, preserves the ruins of an associated historic town of the same period. The Kwan Yu Shrine in Si Samrong is 5 km away and makes a small local stop.

A good day out starts with Sukhothai Historical Park, where the ruins cover a wide area, and continues with a quieter afternoon at the hotel, where the garden, the fishing pond and the salon are all on the property. Fishing is a good way to spend an afternoon here, with rods, bait and tackle provided, and the salon is a practical place for a massage after a day among the ruins.
