Both accommodations in the house share a garden view, and each measures 240 m². One sleeps up to 12 guests and the other up to 10, and each offers a choice of bed set-ups.

Rooms can be equipped with a full kitchen, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a coffee or tea maker, and both accommodations provide a hair dryer and toiletries. Rooms can also be equipped with linens and a private entrance.

The house has a garden and a terrace, along with a kitchen. Services include an airport transfer, luggage storage, daily housekeeping, a laundry service and private check-in and check-out.

For work and connectivity there is a laptop workspace, internet access and a portable Wi-Fi rental service. A snack bar and food delivery are also available, and parking is on site.

There is also a playground and a game room, and the public areas are air-conditioned. Soundproof rooms are offered as well, and the garden and terrace give guests space to spend time outdoors. A family room is also available, and luggage can be stored on site before check-in or after check-out.

Designer Loft Guest House is on Soi Ari, a side lane in the Ari area of Bangkok where residential houses and shophouses sit among small clinics, local shops and eateries. The skytrain runs above the neighbourhood, so Siam and the rest of central Bangkok can be reached by BTS from Ari station.

Ari BTS Station is 550 m away, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 1.9 km away. The market is open at weekends and sells clothing, food, plants and crafts across a very large site, one of the best-known places to shop in Bangkok. Phaya Thai Palace, once a royal residence and now a museum, is close by, and Wat Phai Tan is a temple with a pagoda in the area. Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk, is also nearby. The market's many sections are spread over a large area, so it is worth planning a route in advance.

Plan a morning at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, then head for the old city, where the Grand Palace and Wat Arun sit on opposite banks of the Chao Phraya river. Don Mueang International Airport is 16 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 24.8 km away, so both airports can be used for arriving and leaving.
