Air conditioning is standard in every room at DE PALM Poolvilla. The rooms run from two-guest rooms to villas sleeping up to ten, and several have a mountain view, toiletries, towels and an electric kettle.

The Deluxe Villa sleeps four, the Two-Bedroom Villa up to six and the Villa with Private Pool up to ten. The area is greener than the beach strips of Patong and Karon, which are a drive away, so the property suits those who want forest and quieter roads more than the seafront. Phuket is a large island with its airport and main roads, so most trips from the property are made by road.

Tonsai Waterfall is 1.2 km from the property, and Khao Phra Thaeo National Park is 1.7 km, a forest reserve with trails among tall trees and wildlife. The Thalang Victory Monument, a memorial to the two heroines who led the defence of Thalang in 1785, is a short stop nearby. The Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, 4.2 km away, is another stop for those interested in elephants. Phuket International Airport is 10.4 km away by road, and Big Buddha, a hilltop statue, is 22.7 km.

A day could begin at the waterfall and the national park, then continue to the Thalang Victory Monument and south to Big Buddha in the afternoon, before heading to the beaches of Patong or Karon for the evening. Back at the property, the swimming pool and the restaurants make a quiet end to the day.
