All the apartments have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle.

One is a two-bedroom apartment of 34 m² for up to four guests; another is a 25 m² apartment with a queen bed for two guests. Both have linens and a socket near the bed.

Guests can use an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre at the property, and the property has 24-hour security. Free parking is available, and free Wi-Fi covers all rooms as well as the public areas.

The shared lounge and TV area has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, and the building has an elevator. Air conditioning runs in the public areas as well as the apartments, and English and Thai are spoken.

Children aged 0 to 2 can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. An extra bed carries an additional charge, and extra beds depend on the room you choose. Check-in runs from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

The condos are in Kathu, an inland district of Phuket that feels more residential than the busy beach strips on the coast. The area has a local character, with a shrine, neighbourhood markets and a small public park close by, which suits anyone who wants a quieter base on the island. Kathu Waterfall is also in the district, a natural spot away from the coast. Karon Beach and Kata Beach are also reached by road from Kathu, giving a choice of several beaches.

Patong Beach, the best-known beach on the island, is 5.5 km away, with Bangla Road's nightlife in the same town. Phuket International Airport is 22.7 km away. Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples, is 7.2 km away, while the Big Buddha statue on its hilltop lies 10 km away. Nai Harn Beach, further along the coast, is 15.4 km away.

A good day could begin at Kathu Shrine and the Vintage Market Phuket, both close by, then continue to the Tiger Kingdom, a park focused on tigers, or to Phuket FantaSea, a theatre-style cultural show. The Big Buddha and Wat Chalong suit a day of temples and island views, and the beaches of Karon and Kata are an easy complement to that itinerary.
