The rooms at David Residence include standard rooms, a 34 m² Superior Room and a 40 m² Deluxe Room, with garden, mountain and street views depending on the room. Rooms can have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a shower and ironing facilities, and several of them have a private bathroom with toiletries and towels.

For a longer day out, the Big Buddha stands on a hilltop 31.1 km away, and Patong Beach, one of Phuket's best-known beaches, offers nightlife and shopping. A car or taxi is the easiest way to reach them, since the island's main roads link the beaches, and the hotel is a practical base for exploring the island. Mai Khao and Naiyang are the quieter choice for a slow morning by the sea, while the busier beaches suit an evening out.
