D72 Family House has rooms with different layouts, from a room for up to three guests with air conditioning to a 150 m² townhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden view.

The townhouse sleeps up to 12 guests and has a choice of bed set-ups, while the entire house is rented as one property for up to nine guests, with no other groups sharing it.

Big C Extra, a supermarket, is 450 m away, so groceries and everyday items are close at hand. Kim Yong Market, a local market with fresh produce, is 1.9 km away, and Hat Yai Railway Station is 2.5 km away for travellers arriving by train. Hat Yai International Airport is 13.5 km from the property, so the airport is a drive away rather than within walking distance. Further out, the Magic Eye 3D Museum, a museum of 3D art, and Hat Yai Municipal Park, a public park, are also worth a visit.

A good day could begin with a morning at Kim Yong Market, followed by a visit to Wat Hat Yai Nai, a Buddhist temple in the city.
